He's a keen collector — anything from cars and number plates to Pokémon cards and art catches his eye — and he loves exploring different cuisines and cultures, currently teaching himself some Tagalog along the way.

Natalia's background in hospitality, where she managed reservations for some of Sri Lanka's most renowned resorts, taught her what it means to make people feel genuinely looked after. She was recognised multiple times for exceptional service, and she brings that same care to every customer she works with today. When she's not at the dealership, Natalia loves getting lost in a good book, listening to music, and belting out a tune at karaoke. She's an enthusiastic traveller too, always excited to discover new places — especially when great food and beautiful scenery are involved.

Neal is experienced across the full service journey — from repair order coordination and problem solving to keeping customers informed every step of the way. He's skilled at juggling multiple priorities and works closely with technicians, parts, and warranty teams to ensure a smooth experience. His background in automotive marketing and events includes helping deliver launch events for the Land Rover Discovery 5, Velar, and the McLaren 720S. Outside of work, Neal loves heading out for walks and exploring new places with his dog.

Ali brings a strong technical foundation to his role, with a background in internal combustion engineering, engineering management, and vehicle and engine development projects gained within an automotive OEM environment. That depth of product knowledge means customers are in good hands when it comes to understanding their vehicle. Outside of work, Ali loves to travel, and has a soft spot for small car markets — a hobby that ties in nicely with his passion for all things automotive.
